The Precious Lamb A.C. was established in December 2010 as a family-owned enterprise with a purpose to service the children and families of Palm Bay Florida and provide employment opportunities to professionals with a passion to educate children.

Our mission at Precious Lamb Academy Child Care Services is to provide a nurturing and safe learning environment where children can thrive and grow. We are committed to delivering high-quality child care in Brevard County, FL and neighboring areas.

We believe the success of children lies in the quality of our staff. Our staff members are carefully selected based on their experience, education, talents, and interpersonal skills. Our staff meets regularly for in-depth training and discussion, covering such areas as program goals, emergency procedures, group work, curriculum planning, philosophy, goals and objectives, policy procedures, and training.

Our dynamic teachers provide experiences that enrich and enhance each child's cognitive, language, social, emotional, physical, and creative development. Evette Busby is the proud owner and director bringing over 21+ years of education experience specialized in early childhood education. As an early learning educator and a parent multitasking responsibilities, she saw a need to help other families find a place where they felt their children's needs were met while away from home. She strives to model fundamental principles essential to the development of a child's character. She is a strong believer of the importance of family involvement in building core values of respect, acceptance, and morals.

Her personal philosophy is to provide meaningful relationships and links to the families and communities within and outside Precious Lamb A.C. Through her extensive post-secondary educational credentials and work experience in the public and private education sector she has gained a wealth of expertise in providing high quality education with proven outcomes of children beginning kindergarten.
